- Sureddo.com respects the privacy of the Users and will gather identity data, such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, payment data and all information the Users entered through the log-in process, and the aforementioned will not be published publicly and will be used exclusively for internal purposes of sureddo.com, unless stated otherwise.
- As a member of sureddo.com, the User is obliged to give correct data about himself or herself, and sureddo.com commits to use the information in a safe way in order to better the quality of providing its services, and will not in any way reveal the Users' name, e-mail address or other personal information to third parties without the exclusive consent of the User, unless stated otherwise in these Terms.
- The User may pick for their personal information, such as name, date of birth and gender, to be publicly shown and connected to his or her activities onsureddo.com.
- Sureddo.com enables its visitors to connect or register using social networks, such as Facebook.
- Sureddo.com can collect information such as an e-mail address of a person who is not yet a registered member of Sureddo in the purpose of delivering newsletters or inviting the person who is not a member to visit the internet page. In case such a person does not want sureddo.com to keep his or her information, he or she can always cancel it via e-mail at info@sureddo.com.
- Sureddo.com uses the aforementioned data described in these Conditions in order to ensure and improve its services and products on the internet page, identification and authentication, charges and payment, targeted online marketing and contacting members or interested parties.
- Using services on sureddo.com is prohibited to minors and according to sureddo.com Terms of Use all account Users have to be older than 18 years of age or have permission and be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian during the use.
- Sureddo.com is a registered domain by the company Bruckom Ltd. who is a member of the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
Cookies
In order to better the user experience, sureddo.com saves small textual files, so called cookies, BUT only in case the visitor of the internet page gives his or her consent.
Cookie is information stored into the computer of the visitor while visiting an internet site. During another visit to the aforementioned site, the cookie notifies the internet page that the user who already visited the page has again connected, remembering the settings.
This practice is common among most of internet pages, and according to the directive of the European Union from May 2011, before saving the cookies onto the computer it is required to first get the consent of the user.

Sureddo.com pledges to protect customers' personal data in a way that it collects only necessary, basic information about customers/users that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations to inform customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an choice about how their data will be used, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and available only where such information is necessary to perform the job. All employees Bruck Ltd. and business partners are responsible for respecting the policy.
